We’re passionate about using only the finest ingredients to create simple, hearty dishes. With scallops and crabs delivered daily from the Dorset coast, venison, pheasant and rabbit shot in our own parish, rare breed beef from the West Country, pork and poultry from Compton, vegetables from our gardens (and Fishers of Newbury!) we’ll give you a meal to remember.
